A nightly agent for a large auto repair shop reads the Mitchell 1 shop data, ranks overdue accounts, attaches the invoices, and drafts collection emails. Staff review and send every one.
Retrieval over the specs
RAG and vector search
I indexed the full X12, EDIFACT, and cXML specifications into a vector store. An agent answers segment and document questions from them and helps with mapping, validation, and troubleshooting.
AI inside the day job

Built a Python tool with AI that pulls transformation rules out of Informatica maps for the Boomi rebuilds.
